My stay at this hotel was definitely worth the money. The room was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the beautiful city view from the window. The location was great, with easy access to the city center and free parking. The owner, Ana, was friendly and helpful, even assisting with my luggage.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Split! the location was fantastic - so close to the city centre and just a 5-minute walk to the harbor. It made exploring the city so convenient. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist me when I needed it. Lastly, the rooms on the top floor were spacious and comfortable, with great attention to detail. Everything I needed was provided, from basic amenities like air conditioning to a lovely view from the window.

All was excellent, no improvements needed.

The flat-screen TV provided entertainment after a long day of exploring. the room had all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay.

Personally, I found the stovetop a bit small for my cooking needs, but others might still find it sufficient.

This hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable, guaranteeing that we slept like babies. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, just a few minutes walking distance from both the bus station and the city center. We did have a couple of minor issues, such as the smell coming from the bathroom which appears to be a common problem in the area, and the fact that the room gets quite hot during the day. However, neither of these issues ruined our stay and we were able to mitigate them by using the ventilation and opening the windows.

had a great stay in split this summer. ana went above and beyond to make sure i had a pleasant experience. from meeting me at the ferry to helping with my heavy bag, she made me feel welcome. the room was comfortable and the mattress was amazing. would definitely book again!

air con was noisy

Our family had a wonderful time exploring the charming city of Split during our stay at Ana. The location was perfect for us, with the old town just a few minutes' walk away. Our children were thrilled to discover the vibrant streets filled with local shops and cafes. We were able to easily navigate the city and create lasting memories together.

For dads it would be great to have a small playground nearby.

Always stay at Ana. Never regret. They help me with water at night. Perfect place. Free Wi-Fi, airport shuttle, TV, kettle. No pets. AC. Coming back soon.

Had a good location, close to the center and easy to get around. the fridge and microwave were quite handy. Enjoyed the panorama, it was really captivating.

The bathroom was downright unpleasant, the sewage smell was suffocating. the furniture was rundown, dirty and old, not at all as expected.

The owner of the hotel was really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The communication was instant, which was great. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a few minutes away from the old town. the room was nice and clean, with a private bathroom. That my room was located on the top floor, and the building's insulation was poor, so the room would get extremely hot during the day. Despite having an air conditioner, it was difficult to cool off at night.
